Ron Frankenstein

Since 1977 Ron has farmed southeast of Redfield, raising corn, soybeans, and cattle with his son, Wes. Prior to farming Ron was a design engineer and product manager of new products for Valmont Industries in Nebraska. Ron received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MS degree in Agricultural Engineering from South Dakota State University. Ron's wife, Anita, is a housewife and serves on the hospital board in Redfield. They have two sons, a daughter and eight grandchildren.
