Ron Frankenstein

Ron has farmed southeast of Redfield for 29 years. He and his son Wes raise corn, soybeans, cattle and hogs. Prior to farming Ron was a design engineer and product manager of new products for Valmont Industries in Nebraska. His education includes a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MS degree in Agricultural Engineering from South Dakota State University. His wife, Anita, is a housewife and serves on the hospital board in Redfield. They have two sons, a daughter and three grandchildren.
