Brant DeMuth

Brant DeMuth, the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Gevo, joined the Redfield Energy Board of Managers in 2011. Brant has over 25 years of experience as an investment professional and also spent several years working in the oil and natural gas industry. Brant was previously a Portfolio Manager at Mazama Capital Management Inc., where he covered the energy, alternative energy and industrials sectors for over 6 years. Before that he was Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for AIM Capital Management Ltd. where he was co-manager of several mutual funds and head of risk management for nine years. He also worked at Colorado Public Employees Retirement Association and D&B Financial, Ltd. and before that he worked for several traditional energy companies including Conoco Inc. Brant is C.F.A. and holds B.S from Colorado State and a M.B.A. from the University of Denver, Energy Management program with emphasis in oil & gas.
