NOTICE: If such business requires a vote, members may vote at the meeting of the members either in person or by proxy. Proxies will be available at www.redfieldenergy.com or from the administrative office upon request. Registration will be by the first letter of the member’s last name. Entities will be by the first letter of the entity’s first name. Picture ID may be requested by staff. Seat 1 is currently held by Richard Bottum. Seat 2 is currently held by Ron Frankenstein.
